We offer classes for every level of fitness to deliver effective total body workouts focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body.

 
 

Bootcamp

Full body workout using timed circuits for total body strength training and cardio endurance. Challenge your balance, strength, cardiovascular system, and coordination with drills and strength moves.

Grit Mix

Cardio, Drenched, Barre Intensity, and a touch of bootcamp are combined into this power hour workout. Grit Mix will keep your muscles guessing and your heart rate up for a sweat wrenching, sculpting session!

Bata Barre

Pilates based with ballet technique to help create a lean, firm, sculpted body. This class combines isolated muscle burnout with low-impact cardio tabata intervals.

Grit Lift

Max Out your muscles + Challenge your cardio vascular endurance. This class is interval based. Using 10-12 LB weights for dedicated movement to sculpt muscle. Interval cardio burst are intertwined for total body burn.

 

Cardio Kickboxing

Challenge your muscles by combining kicks, punches, and cardio intervals to raise your heart rate for maximum calorie burn. Strength training included for a cardio break but a total body muscle burnout.

Drenched

This class alternates between fast-paced cardio circuits and strength training to burn calories in short intervals. Strength will be guided to ensure proper form to build muscles.

Restorative Yoga

Ease stress by centering your breath and body- aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness and gentle movements. This class will help strengthen and lengthen your entire body leaving you energized and ready for the day.

Beginner Bootcamp

This class is for people who are just starting out on their fitness journey or haven't worked out in a long time. This class is circuit style with modifications given for each exercise.

 

Glow

Enjoy an intimate and empowering class that focuses on mindful movements while linking breath with each movement. Focused on aligning the body, mind, and breath to achieve its highest potential in a warming environment.
